Description
Asiazyme HA is a heat stable alpha-amylase product produced via submerged liquid fermentation of Bacillus Licheniformis. By efficiently hydrolysing ¦Á-1,4-glycosidic bonds in starch molecules and converting starch into short chain dextrin of different lengths as well as a small amount of low molecular weight sugar, Asiazyme HA can fully release the energy stored in starch, improve starch digestibility, thereby improve animal production performance and reducing feed costs.
